User has a laptop that all the sudden is slow. Clocks at 100% CPU capacity when loading a simple webpage. And keeps running at 100% CPU capacity long after the web page is loaded. the only thing unusual in the logs is several .Net runtime errors. Drive space is okay as the disk is not even 50% full.
Any suggestions on what the next step should be?
