Hi,
I own a TOSHIBA Satellite U 400,
My laptop functions very very slowly, including internet access is very poor.
I was told if i resintall my OS (VISTA) will be okay again. I have made a recovery disc inserted the same in the drive and started booting my laptop under CD/DVD option, nothing else appears on the screen except for a cursor..can u pls guide me how to reinstall or is there any other way to improve speed of my system.
