When using my laptop one day, the monito went blank, I can still see the screen but it’s like it’s dimmed heaps, I plugged an external montor in it and it works fine. Wondering if its the back light or a power mangement proble? My battery has’t worked for a few months, therefore it must alays be plugged in and the day the monitor went blank I unplugged it accidently. I have a IBM Thinkpad.
