Hi- My HP laptop is not charging and the battery stays the way it is even when i plug in the adaptor.If I click on the charging icon top right bottom, it gives me 25% (charging). I leave the laptop 4 hrs on adaptor, i come back and it is the same (25% charging). The adaptor gets very hot and sometimes i see the message : smart ac adaptor power outcome is too low for this computer. Can you help? What should I do? I thought it was the battery and changed it recently. But the HP battery check pack mentioned my battery is good.
