I have a Toshiba Satellite M55-S139 Laptop which when you power it on,the fan starts and the power LED lights, the Hard drive LED lights but stops lighting almost immediately .The screen remains completely blank with nothing on it but the fan is still on.and when i connect the laptop to an external monitor there is still no image.Can someone assist me on finding the problem please ?
