I’m working on a project, and I need to connect a laptop style battery or similar battery to a desktop motherboard, and be able to charge it in the normal laptop way (plugging in the AC cord). Does anybody know of a way to accomplish this? The battery DOES NOT have to be removable for this project, just rechargable and able to run a small desktop computer (~300-400watts). I don’t think a small backup power supply would really suit this, as it has to be used to power the system and be recharged on a daily basis. Any thoughts??
