I have a 4si that originally was not printing very well on the right 2 inches of the page. I have already replaced the fuser, transfer roller, and high voltage power supply. Today, I tried a different DC controller, found a ton of dust and cleaned it out, now both DC controllers give a 13.2 paper jam error, where none existed before. I am thinking that the problem is DC power supply related, but I would like some confirmation before I try it. And please don’t send me what the manual says. I have been through that already. Thanks for your help.
