What do you mean by "Won't Print" ? Is there an error message? Is the printer making weird noises? Is it producing black smoke? We need more information to be able to help you.
download new drivers. And to make sure you have the right model #, look on the sticker on your printer, then type the prod# into the driver search on hp.com
