LDAP - ADO connection problem

By georgiak ·
I'm trying to get information from the Active Directory using ADO. I managed to do so from VB6 but when I tried to run the same code in Visual Interdev it does not work. It keeps giving me the following error: An exception was raised "Provider: Table does not exist".

Does anyone knows why?

Bubble Context?

It sounds like you guys are accidentally connecting to a dev box instead of the staging server (or vice versa). This is easy to do if you rely too much on default settings.

If your staging server is running LDAP, but your dev server is not - this would be the expected error.
