I Have a batch file or an ldf file that would export all users displayname and e-mail if any
ldifde -v -f c:\exportusers.ldf -s <servername> -d "ou=??,dc=??,dc=??" -r "(&(objectcategory=person)(objectclass=user))" -l "mail,displayname"
-d switch is the search filter to the ou level like your question asked.Hope this helps
