There are TONS of web resources to teach you, including from universities and websites setup just for that reason.

Just look stuff up with Google and you can find all sorts of resources to learn DOS.

Open a command prompt

and type in help.

Then when you want more information on the command type.

help command

IE:

help attrib

Batch files for DOS, OS/2, Windows 95/98, NT 4, 2000 and XP
