LEARN XP

Dell 4550 with XP . Cannot get the SBSI audio to work. I log in , get a box titled microsoft intactive training, and a red sphere with an X in it , indication a no go. . All files seem to be present , and I can get the wave files in Program Files to play , but I don’t konw how they relate to the titles in the Syllabus?
