Much has been written and said about why so many ERP Initiatives fail to meet Managements Expectations, or in some cases, fail out right. It is our contention that one of the main reasons is because of poor communications with all the key stakeholders in the organization, not just the key users. The enterprise should look at this roll out in the same manner they look at a new product using the same marketing expertise.
First identify your critical audiences, and then use ongoing marketing andcommunications, to this stakeholders, until the Initiative is up and running.
