Leased line and DSL termination on Cisco 2621 router with policy routing

Hi,

Currently, we have 2 Mbps leased line(Serial Inetface) under NAT configuration on cisco 2621.Now we are going to have one more DSL line which needs to be configured on the same router.After both the lines are terminated, we need to route the VPN traffic on leasedline and the http traffic on DSL line.

What is the best way to achieve this kind of configuration?How to setup router to achieve this?And also what module is required on the cisco router(2621) to terminate ADSL.

Please help me out on this..ASAP
