least line Breakdown

I am MIS Technician
I am having problem with my WAN from my Office and to my Head Office for about 6 days until today

Contermeasure I have taken :
1) Call telecom company . The telecom company try reset from their place both side NT/modem at my office and my Head Office. They found no error in data transfer. They also sent their man with data transfer test equipment to my office and HQ and show me their equipment found no data tranfer error. They guess our router (Cisco) is having a problem but I can ping my router and get reply from it.
2) I mention this problem to my network engineer at my head office and he came bringing a new router(cisco) unit for replacement. After replace the router and try pinging Head Office the problem still occured. The message Data host unreacheble or TTL expired in transit appear.

After changing the equipment and found the telecom company side got no problem I dont know what else... What is the main problem. What should I do. What cause the problem. Now user start blame me...I hope goad will help me to solve this problem.

To all tech republic members you are welcome to advise and give me suggestion to solve this problem. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

I hope you are using Point-point connection.

I think you HQ router is giving problem.

Try to trace the HQ router IP from your router and see whether it can go through.(Please capture the trace results to text file. You can send to your telecom/network engineer to analyse it in case the line drops)
