Does companies in North America still use legacy oracle applications and database. Is there any opportunity for us to migrating those clients to the latest version of oracle system.
Because at the time like this (“recession”) companies are trying to move open source where the cost of developing an new application in open source is same as that of migrating to the latest version in the same platform.
