Lexmark Optra E312L

Trying to install a lexmark optra E312L on a windows 2000pro workstation. Receiving the following error message:

Setup cannot copy the file lmpclnac.dll. Ensure that the location specified below is correct or change it and insert windows nt 4.0 driver disk or cd in the drive specified.

Why is this asking for a windows nt 4.0 driver? I have tried installing from the cd that came with the printer and I downloaded new drivers for this printer. I am still getting this message only on this workstation.
