I have bought a new notebook which operates on Windows Vista Home Premium but although I could manage to install the drivers for printer and scanner of Lexmark X215 which I downloaded from Lexmark website under Vista Page, the scanner doesn’t work , however printing ability is ok.The scanner doesn’t even exist on Vista.
I contacted Lexmark,Turkey but could not get a satisfying answer.They suggested me to use Windows Fax and Scan Software in Vista but after a check on Microsoft website,I saw that it is not a software that I can use on Home Premium !
Any help would be highly appreciated.
