ArcServe6 and a tape drive are installed on an NW412 server. I am trying to backup volumes on a completely separate server, NW311. However, long files names are not being preserved. OS2.nam is loaded, TSA311.nlm is loaded. Volumes that are backedup on the server holding the tape drive are preserved just fine. Anyone else have this problem?
