I am an attorney representing an owner of an LG C1300, and his hearing was severely damaged by a loud transmission of a sound from the earpiece speaker. I am interested in conferring with, and perhaps hiring as an expert witness, someone who has experience with these phones and can state if the speaker on this phone is the same speaker used for phones with a speakerphone capability, or if this speaker is used for the ringer on the phone.
