    LG smart TV wont.restart after factory reset

    Hey I have LG Pentouch smart TV model number LG 50ph470. II went in settings and did an initialize app settings . The TV is supposed to restart and.go back to normal but.that not happening. The TV will restart but no picture or sound just a blank. Tried unplugging but dosent help. So any help with this ??

      Unplug it with the TV Turned on for 45 seconds at least and then try plugging it back in and see what happens.

      If that doesn’t do anyhting useful you’ll have to contact LG for Tech Support.
