I recently updated Direct X9.0 to Direct X9.0a. Since this update, I cannot run Logitech Image Studio. The program opens up, but there is a message in the cameera window that tells me
“CAMERA IS UNPLUGGED” I have done a resotre to the time of the update, but my camers still will not run. I can use the camea in Net Meeting, and In msn messenger, but it will not run in Image studio, nor will it run in Yahoo messenger.
Yahoo Messenger tells me there is no web cam on my system. I have visited the logigech site, and I have tried all the fixes they suggested, but I still cannot run my web cam in Logitech Image Studio or in Yahoo.
I have checked and double checked for a virus both locally, and on the internet at Symantec. I have no infected files according the the results of the scans.
