Limit to Windows XP Mail Merge

When I try to produce labels from Excell via Word the last few names do not appear. The same thing happens with a list of 40 names as one of 300.

I had hoped to run a fresh print of the missing names but though they exist in Excel they do not appear in the Word box.

Help please
