    Link speed & Duplex

    What does the term link speed and duplex refer to in the network adapter properties.

      Link speed=how fast data will move through the wire.
      Duplex:(the simplified version)
      half-duplex=information travels to and from the remote device on the same wire.
      Full-duplex=information travels to the remote device on one wire and back on a second wire. information can travel at the full link speed on each wire
