Link speed Or Media Type ?

Hi
My network adapter is “Marvell yukon gigabit ethernet 10/100/1000base” but when i want choose Media type or link speed in :
local area connectin -> configure -> advanced -> media type

there is not any for example “1000Mbs full duplex” options

dose it means my card has a problem ? in other ways there is another computer in our network that has got a 1G card bat in its config we can choos 1G link speed .
