linking 2 directories in windows

sir,
I have 2 directories in 2 diff. drives namely
d:\sam & e:\sample and i want to have the contents of d:\sam in
e:\sample and whatever files i create in d:\sam i should get that in
e:\sample (ie) the 2 directories are linked in such a waythat the
contents of d:\sam should be in e:\sample.help me to do that.Thks in
