Linking TO MSWord Bookmark

I know how to create bookmarks in Word that will take me to websites and other programs BUT I would like to create a link from another program (Mindjet’s Mindmanager) to a specific bookmarked section in Word. I know I can create the link to open the word document but would have to manually goto the section. Is there a way to create a link from an external program to a specific bookmark within a word document?
