I recently moved to an area that has cable. PC is XP home (no networking installed). Have attached USB wireless. The machine now takes 6 minutes from choosing user to useability. The system tray icons take all this time starting. the last to start is the usb wireless adapter. In the control panel the network connections tab is empty. is there a way to have this start first so It can get whatever done first..
