Linux Hard Drive Problems

by xavier . Updated 25 years, 5 months ago

I installed RedHat Linux 7.0 on a 20 Gb.
Maxtor drive. Recently I decided to
format the drive and have had troubles.
When trying to delete the partition that
Linux was on fdisk would not allow me to
delete it. The error recieved was that
theirwere logical drives on the
partition. Upon further inspection fdisk
says that their are no logical drives.
Hence the problem. Please, help! How can
I get this drive back to its working
order in Windows 2k? Any help is greatly
appreciated.
