I have a LJ 8000DN that has knocked out 2 fusers and is currently giving an 13.20 paper jam error. I can’t find any paper where it says that there is a jam or anywhere in the printer. I have checked the fuser, and the locks are in place and the sensor swings freely. I am not that familiar with this printer, and I am welcome to suggestions.
