Loading Profiles on XP Takes Forever

I am running a Win 2k Network with 40 Workstations and just started using Microsoft SBS. We are using roamin profiles and for those on XP Workstations it takes 5-10 minutes and that is even with a clean workstation with nothing on it or the desktop.

Appreciate any suggestions.
