Help Please!I Have xp media center/pro,But I Was Surpised Too See That In The Admin/Templates That I No long had Anything other then 1&2 window components/media Player there & Nothing Else no network,&no Qos Packet scheduler,So I Have No Idea y I'm Being Block From This Ability,I alway do the 2o% bandwith ajustment? Could It Be That I Had Too Do A Reformant & Didn't Want Lose Anything,just re/formated another part of the drive/another os off windows Xp thanx 4 reading my question hope u can help!

when i go 2 gpedit/administartive templates/networks.There is no networks, there is just two windows components,? i want 2 change qos packet reserve% like i have done in the past,but it's like i have home edition,i can't set any policies.? my computer failed & i had 2 insert the win cd & i think i remember something about networks on 1 of the screens while i was adding another os,other than that i have checked everything i know,i have all addministrater rights,hope that's more,i should have access to 240 computer setting&440 user setting.
