Local Profile

i have a windows 2000 server that is my main domain controller when i logon to one of my windows 7 pc it will say at logon that i was loged into with a temp profile well i dont have roaming profiles configured. When i try to logon with the pcs local administrator account the same thing occurs it does that for every user account can anyone help me correct this problem i am having?

Was this working normally before?

Some issues which may or may not be relevant:

Generally, when you get a temp profile, the normal profile cannot be found. What do you see in the event logs on the client machines and server?

Random thought: You did turn off the Homegroup functionality in the Win 7 clients, yes?

I found this link and it seemed to help i just had to delete some registry keys "SID" for the profiles then every thing was recreated and now it working... Thanks for the help!
