Local Resources during Remote Desktop Connection on Server 2003

When trying to log on to my company account using Remote Desktop Connection, I am unable to access my local printers. I have checked Disk Drives, Printers, and Serial Ports in the Local Resources Tab of the RDC settings. However, when I log on, I recieve a RCD Security Warning showing only Disk Drives and Serial Ports enabled. I need to know how to configure my server so that local printers can be detected when using RDC. Please help. Thanks.
