Local user profiles to win2000 server

I have been handed a quest to move 95/98/XP/2000 users local workstation profiles to a new 2000 server that we just implimented for the users to log into. I need to know the best most efficient way to handle this. This may seem very easy to you, butI have most of my experience in Novell. I have a clue, but I want to make sure first, before messing around with it.
