Locating/using Clip Art & galleries

Win2K. Office2K, full install by OEM. End user attempts to insert clip art from gallery… askes for CD-ROM or appropriate installation media/path. Shouldn’t Clip Art BE THERE from full install by OEM? Have a copy of Office2K on cd-rom but don’t fancy giving out copies and/or reinstalling on 600 computers. Is it seeking the 2nd cd-rom in the set? If so, what is the best method for permanently installing clip art to HDD?
