Lock ftp users into home directory

I'm running NCR Unix ver. 3.02:: I'm looking for complete config information on how to prevent ftp users from changing directories or from listing or accessing any files or directories that are not contained in their home directory

I don't have a clue how to do this with NCR Unix's ftp daemon. However it is simple if you replace the NCR ftpd with wu-ftp daemon. It has great logging and an easy to use chroot feature that locks users into their home dircetories.
