I have installed a modem on my NT 4.0 workstation and am trying to use hyperterminal to access my PBX for our phone switch. Every time I end the session my cpu locks up and cant ctrl, alt, delete to get out. I tried using Procomm plus instead and got the same result while trying to contect. Any suggestions on why this is happening and what will fix it?
