Log Off....

The best suggestion I have is for you to set the Logon Hours. You can set up each student account to log OFF at a certain time every day.
Go to the Properties of a user account in the AD Users & Computer snap-in.
Click the Account tab.
Click theLogon Hours button.
Highlight the times per day that you would want the students to be logged out. Then, click the Logon Denied radial mark. That will turn the squares you highlighted white. White squares are ones that the user can't be logged in at that time.
Set the logoff times as you want them for each day of the week. For example, say from 5PM-8AM you want students logged off.

So, at 5PM, if a student were logged in, they would be logged off automatically.

hope this helps

I like to use this a security feature and its only useable at the time when the studenst are logged in.

Put the students in a seperate OU in user manager and create a group policy, you can then use the group policy to log of inactive users.
