On your PDC, copy your "logon.bat" (or other logon script file) from "C:\SystemRoot\System32\Repl\Import\Scripts" to "C:\SystemRoot\System32\Repl\Export\Scripts" for them to sync over to the BDC.
On your PDC, go into server manager for domains. Select the PDC by double clicking on it. Click on Synchronization. On the PDC, you will want to "Export" your files from "C:\SystemRoot\System32\Repl\Export Scripts" to your BDC. You have to select your BDC as the receiving PC (Or BDC's).
Or, just change the directory in server manager to "...\Import\Scripts" instead of copying over the files. You can specify what directories to export to what machines. Its up to you!
There is a program in WINNT server just for that. Its called "Directory Replication". Here is how to set it up: 1. Create a service account thats going to do the replication. Grant it administrative rigths and logon as a service, and make sure password never expiers is checked. 2. In control panel double click Services and set the properties for the Directory Replicator to: Startup type= automatic, Use this account= the account you just created. 3. In server manager click on the local computer and choose properties from the file menu. Click replication. On PDC click both the export directory and import directory and choose "c:\winnt\system32\repl\import" and ...\export for export. On BDC for the export click "Do Not Export" and for theimport click "C:\winnt\system32\repl\import". 4. Make sure the service is started on all dc's and copy anything to the PDC's Export directory and you shold see that it shows up in the BDC's Import directory as well as the PDC's Import directory. Keep in mind the directory replicator does not replicate files only folders thats why you see in the import/export folders a folder named scripts. Any file that you want that should be replicated you should save in the PDC's Export\scripts folder. If you want to modify a script or policy the only place you have to do that is in the Export directory of the PDC.
