The company that I work for has a UNIX server running Ethershare for Mac connection and PCShare for PC connection. There is another Win2K server and a variety of Mac and PC clients connected to form the network.
My questions is: Why is that I’m able to log on using a Mac to a shared and permission defined folder on a Win2K server, using user account that I created for UNIX? Any answer would be appreciated. Thanks.
