Is there a simple way to enable logging of folder deletion in Windows Server 2003 (Standard). I'd quite like to be able to point the finger at a specific user/machine, just in case there's a sticky delete key, or some re-training needed!

I had a rash of users trying to double-click a folder in explorer bit moving the mouse a little when they clicked which dragged the folder into the one below it.
