Logging Logons

Is ther a wy to track a history of users logging onto an XP session - time on, duration, time off?

Assuming the users are logging in to a domain - I have done this by using Group Policy. I set the Default Domain Policy, Computer Config, Local Policy, to audit account logon and logon events. You can then see the logons in the Security Log of the Event Viewer and filter as needed. If it's just an individual workstation, you can do the same thing, just using the Local Security Settings instead of Group Policy. You can figure the duration by looking at the logon/logoff times.
