I have a few Dell laptops in our company with XP professional. When I set them up, I first sign the new employees (usually trainers) into our network so when they are on the road, they can login to their laptop. For some reason 2 of the laptops stopped allowing the trainer to login, but I am an administrator and my login works fine if they try it from their location. To this point the only way to correct it is to have them bring the laptop back to the office and log back into the network. I called Dell, and they can’t figure it out. The problem is these trainers live 2 hours away and it is an inconvenience for them to have to drive back here for a 1 minute log back into the network to fix the problem. Any idea’s would be appreciated. Thanks
