Login Problem

I am having Network with win2k server and 37 workstation with Win-XP.The Win2k server I use as a application server(Oracle and other).I have just taken 64KBLL from ISP for internet use.Now the problem I am facing is when I login thro Win-XP Ittake 10-15min for login…Kindly suggest us solution asap…
