Login Script in AD

Can you make a "global" logon script that everyone receives at logon, and then have certain OU's receive an additional logon script for their departments?
If so, how is it done.

Sure, you can apply a Group policy containing a Logon script at the Domain Level.
Any Logon scripts that you pile on at the OU level will aslo be executed

You can also create a Logon script that will map drives and install printers, etc. based on group membership. This could make it possible to have
1 logon script for all users. See this link

I don't know why you rejected my answer. If you want logon scripts to apply based on the OU then you must add them to a group policy at that particular OU level. But if you look at the link I gave you
you will see how to write /customize a script based on group membership. Flexability within the script to determine group membership and apply printers mapped drives etc. You can also put computer objects into a group, and for example script printers to a person based on the computer they log onto.
Instead of rejecting my answer which answered your question, you should post back just what it is you don't understand or need more info on.
