Login Script needed – this is specific

I am looking for a login script (if one exists) that will:

1)set time
2)check to see current version of Norton, update from our virus server if needed
3)if norton is not installed, map to the network share and install (using run-as command for permissions) norton anti-virus

I have an existing script that is running, but needs to be modified. It will not allow some users to install the updates and I dont beleive that it will auto-install the client software needed. I can email a copy of the script if needed to help out on this.

I have NO scripting experience here, so help is needed (point me in the right direction) or some links to syntax. Im not sure of language, but I beleive it to be VB.
