Login script not working / 20000

I have about 100 Win 2000 workstations that log into a NT server. I setup a login script and it seems to work fine unless, and this is big, unless the user logs in to quickly. Windows 2000 starts and you are prompted to enter the password, if you doso immediately no script runs. If you wait about 60 seconds before clicking OK or hitting enter the script runs. Has anyone seen this before, is there a way to slow this down?
