Login Scripts for Workgroup Environment

By Darry ·
Hello All,
In my current environment, we have a WorkGroup / Peer to Peer network with combination of Win9x & Win2K machines. I need to create a simple login script for all the machines which when the user logs in should run the script & map particular drives to particualr folders.
PLeaseeee... help me!!

Here are a couple of links that should help and even provide ideas about more involved scripting as well, should you want to do that later:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/TechNet/prodtechnol/winntas/tips/techrep/logscrpt.asp

http://www.labmice.net/scripting/logonscripts.htm

http://www.winscriptingsolutions.com/

Make sure to remove any spaces in the above URLs!

Good Luck!

Don't miss TechRepublic's article on logon scripts either:

(again, remove any spaces)
