Login to a directory

I’m using Windows 2000 Prof. for an ftp server. I want to allow clients to login with a username and password and then be sent to their directory having access to only their directory. Login is not a problem, but I can’t seem to figure out how to have the user sent to their directory. Is this possible? It sure seems like it should be. Thanks
